Pool-ates, anyone?
You've been in the pool so much already this summer you're
bored with the same old splish-splashing. Now comes Aquavee to
make things interesting. It's not another pool game, but a
system of belts and tubes that provides swimmers with a
combined cardio and resistance workout while cooling off and
having fun. You attach one end to your pool and one end to you
and try to swim against the pull of the tubes. You can swim in
place - a big benefit for those with small pools - or follow a
workout designed for aqua aerobics or, our favorite, Aqua
