I was thinking about how I could help you
introduce, market and distribute AquaVee to my fellow
chiropractors. As you already know, I really believe in
AquaVee, I created a 20 minute core rehabilitative tool for
myself and patients.
Personally, it has strengthened my lower back and I can
honestly say my core is stronger than ever. Let me know if
you're interested in brainstorming and developing a plan to
bring AquaVee into the chiropractic community. I know it will
be a hit. Heck, I am a huge fan of AquaVee. I am ready to
officially endorse and give Aquavee chiropractic credibility.
Everybody needs to know about its value. AquaVee has
rehabilitated my lower back; strengthened my core and postural
muscles. |

I was very intrigued by the Aquavee because it combines so
many different types of exercise into one tool for aquatic
exercise. Aquavee is very versatile because you can use it
for improving swim performance, for resistance training in
the water and to incorporate many Pilates movements into
aquatic exercise. People of all ages will benefit from
using Aquavee. I will use it with my personal training
clients to make the workouts in the water more challenging
and fun.

The AquaVee is the smartest and most convenient swim training device ever developed. Coming from a swim background for my entire life and also working as a full time multi sport coach for over 11 years I have been approached by many companies touting their swim equipment as the best but the equipment rarely lives up to its praise. The AquaVee is an essential tool for the athlete that does not have frequent use of a lap pool or for the
traveling athlete who stays in those hotels with extra small pools. Now every pool you go to can be used to train in. Never miss a swim workout again. I have used this device with my athletes to help teach them how to have good buoyancy and also it allows me to stand right next to them in the pool and cue them on proper stroke technique. If you are a coach you need to have one these and if you are an athlete then you really need to have an AquaVee. |

I am just back from the TriAmerica race in New Orleans' Northshore. I had a terrific day and ended up with the win. I felt so strong throughout the whole race and my body was incredibly responsive every time I asked it to do more. Training hard on the Aquavee has made a huge difference in my training this season. In the water, once we got to the open water, I was able to quickly drop my competitors and open a sizeable gap. |

I had the opportunity to win an AquaVee System in my Master's Swim Class with Coach Lee Zohlman, it was exactly what I needed!
Because my job I spend 12 nights a month in hotels and trying to find a pool to train is sometimes difficult and only a very few hotels in the USA have lap pools.
Taking Aquavee on the road is very easy, in less than 2 minutes I can set up and I am able to complete my workout in any shape/ size pool.

Many of the athletes that I work with are busy professional people who have necessary travel as some part of their careers. However, as any coach can tell you, developing a ìfeelî for the water, and MAINTAINING that neuromuscular
feel, occurs through consistent frequency in the water.
THIS is where the AquaVee comes in for our athletes. They can pack it when they travel and utilize any size/shape pool and STILL get in consistent swim-sessions. Furthermore, because of the constant nature of having no flip-turns or push-offs from the wall, were replicating that critical & continuous
open-water component to their swimming.
A sample session includes:
Put on a pair of hand-paddles and do
strength-sets one a time interval. For instance, we have an athlete set a count-down timer on a watch for 30 seconds-countdown-repeat... so every 30 seconds, it alarms. Then, have them swim easily for 5 min. to warm-up
- then do 30/30 for 10, 15, 20 minutes
30 seconds hard, 30 seconds easy. No flip turns. A great continuous
strength-set working the VO2 max metabolic system.
Once you try the AquaVee and recognize the stroke-power
benefits, you will, like us, quickly begin to think of ways you can integrate into your training regardless of the size pool you have access to!! Sonni Dyer

Hi,
I live in a very hot mining town in the far North West of Australia. There are few opportunities to attend regular classes to maintain fitness, so I was very happy to discover your Aquavee Pilates Plus System via a small article in The West Australian newspaper. I have been using it now for a few weeks, and have found it to be a fantastic way to exercise, particularly in this climate. Although I haven't noticed results yet, I know by my aching muscles it's only a matter of time! It's fun to use and I enjoy the range of exercises I can do, with the Pilates Plus. I would be more than happy to recommend your product as I really do think, anyone with a pool, who is interested in maintaining their fitness, should invest in your Pilates Plus system. Thank you

Swimming and training with the Aquavee
Aquavee Test Summary
by Dr. Sam Benson and Coach Tony MacGuiness of
Performance Kinetics
Athlete training and testing facility in London England
General Observations:
- In use, the Aquavee tends to increase the resistance throughout the stroke. This is because of the static position.
- When attached to the belt, I felt neutrally balanced, with perhaps a little more effort to keep the feet up. This may lead to interesting applications with respect to balance training for swimmers. I prefer to swim with the waist belt deflated.
- Working against an elastic line is fantastic for developing a smooth stroke with continuous propulsion. The weak spots in the stroke (for example a pause during breathing, or one weaker arm) are apparent because you can both see and feel the elastic line pulling you backward. This may be one of the key advantages of the Aquavee over
endless pool type systems.
Free swimming after training on the Aquavee:
- The body feels amazingly
together during free swimming. I felt I moved almost effortlessly and much more smoothly.
In Conclusion
I found that the effects were much more beneficial and yet similar to using paddles and fins and balance drills using floats.
The Aquavee is very demanding strength-wise and would be an excellent training tool for people who swim for fitness.

I liked it!
I have swum competitively since 1961. We used stationary swimming and assisted sprinting in the Mexican National Team since 1970 under the tutelage of Ron Johnson, all the way into the Olympics in 1972 in Munich.
The biggest advantage, what I liked best, is the two anchoring rubber bands that allow your legs to kick all 4 strokes, in the past we had the situation while swimming in place that your feet would continually kick the tubing attached to the belt on top or under you.
The 40 minute session I did with the AquaVee was as follows:
I spent 10 minutes doing a continuous swim and that was a great warm up; immediately after that, I did interval training taking about 30 strokes (60
digs in freestyle), and allowing my self 30 rest interval before starting the next 30 strokes. I repeated this set for 12 rounds, it took about 18 to complete; I finished the session doing 8 repetitions of 6 strokes short all out, no breath, at maximum turn-over rate, in all another 12.
That easy to carry around contraption kept me in place, did
not hurt my shoulders and let me feel the power of training
and racing.
I liked the short workout; the aerobic benefit was definitely there. I have to add, 20 months ago I had arthroscopic surgery in my right shoulder, I could not swim, for a while, after that procedure, in fact, I developed some paralysis in my right shoulder so my pace work in the pool has slowed up terribly compared to previous years.
AQUAVEE, allowed me to train while having fun and not necessarily knowing my time for set distances, that in itself prevented frustration and it definitely gave the desire to train again. Since trying the AquaVee two weeks ago, I have gone back to my little pool at home about 3 more times and it is the first time in 14 years that I live here that I used the pool so many times in one month.
Swimcerely,
Coach Robert Strauss
Robert Strauss won a scholarship to the University of Miami and swam in the 1972 Olympics for Mexico and in the 1971 Pan Am games. He finished in the top 25 in the 100m and 200m freestyle in the Munich Olympics and also swam in the 400m and 800m free relays and the prelims of the 400m medley relay. He has continued to contribute to swimming as a coach and teacher. He has developed a program in Miami called Swim Gym where he teaches children and adults to "swim for life, not for their lives". |

| I love the idea of the inflatable belt, it really makes the feeling of swimming a lot more "real", giving the athlete a great feel for the water. I find this feel for the water the most important aspect of any workout, so I am glad the AquaVee was able to provide that.
I also tried to swim as fast as I could after the session was over, in order to try to rip the suction cups out of the wall. I tried it as much as I could, and it stayed put. I was happy about that.
I have a SwiMp3, which helped a bit to make time pass by. It was a long session, but I was glad to be able to really give the AquaVee a good try instead of a quick dip only.
Overall, I am incredibly pleased with it, and can definitely see myself alternating between open water and using the AquaVee in the nearby pool, which is so very convenient for me.

The Aquavee is something new for me. I am a certified Personal Trainer for women/kids and seniors with special needs. I tried it the other day.
It was great! It gave a great cardio work out, but kept you cool because you're in the water and less stress on your joints. I will be incorporating the Aquavee into my personal training sessions. I feel it is something new for my clients giving them a different avenue for their cardio and strength work out.
Great product! I am telling all my clients.

My pool at home is cute but hardly useful when I need to train in earnest. The AQUAVEE has indeed made it so I can train without interruption ensuring I can work on the stroke, strength, and rhythm needed to do distances. Even if I was not training for
triathlons, it is a great tool for a perfect cardio work out. I have used it when I travel as
hotel pools are not usually long enough for reasonable laps, it is compact, easy to set up and still allows other folks to use the pool - everyone wins! Love the AQUAVEE - won't leave home without it!

I can now enjoy swimming in my rock lagoon using the AQUAVEE swim system. After reading about AQUAVEE in my local newspaper, I ordered the AQUAVEE Pilates System. We were able to adhere the plastic disks to the paver deck, attach the suction cups and are now SWIMMING and exercising in our lagoon. Thank you for a great exercise system.

We had a lot of rain early this
summer so getting to use the Aquavee was slow. I didn't get a
chance to really use it until late July. I took it to my
classes at the YMCA and I had my aqua fitness participants take turns using it and most of the lifeguards tried it out as well. Everyone enjoyed it and thought it was a terrific workout. I also let the girls in my classes at my home try it; with equally the same enthusiasm; to the extent that one of my class members/friend has asked to borrow it as her workout when she goes to China this month. So give yourselves a BIG pat on the back for such a GREAT product!!!!

| We absolutely love the
Aquavee!! The system works great, I applied the polycarb tiles (clear Plastic inserts) myself with no difficulty and have been enjoying it since. My husband and I both use it and feel we get a great workout. I love that I can swim day or night and am able to do so right out my backdoor!! I haven't done any triathlons since I received the Aquavee, but I have compared my time in the lanes and I am faster than I was. I've been raving to everyone about it! Thanks for a great product!

Oh yes we absolutely love it! It's a very easy and effective workout for simply 15/20 minutes every other day. Both my wife and I use it. I was actually thinking of purchasing an additional belt for my father-in-law. All in all though, we are very pleased with our purchase of this exercise system.

I don't know if I told you, but I had knee surgery on April 18 and as of just recently have been allowed off of the crutches, after being non
weight bearing for 6 weeks. Since using the
Aquavee, I have noticed more flexibility in my knee, as well as a decrease in pain and an increase in mobility. It is a great product, I only wish I had thought of it first. I was a paramedic for 14 years and am now an ER nurse, I know I will be recommending this product to others; it was a great idea.

You met me at IAFC and I swam for you - that half hour - remember? Well I returned to CT and love your system! I raced in Orlando and had a great swim and bike - but the air quality due to the fires was too much for my lungs and I had GREAT difficulty breathing - I finished but it was not pretty!
I raced this weekend in CT - and placed 1st in my age group and in the top ten of the women - much better! It was an Olympic distance and I managed to qualify for Nationals too - I am now gearing up for Lake Placid Ironman - I go up on the Thursday before and stay in the village - this would be a great venue to show your product. I do not know how this is done or who you need to contact - but I do know that there is a village of vendors that sell and it is extremely well attended. You may want to contact the Ironman USA group and see what opportunities are available - just an idea.
If I can help you - I will. Love your product!

The link was a lot of help. Thanks you for the information.
I purchased my system from Ann Anthony at the clinic she held June 24th in Houston, Texas.
I live outside of San Antonio and just started using the system today in my Hydro Pilate class. It is great, everyone loved it. I work with seniors, their Wednesday class has been doing water Pilates for several months so the system was a great challenge for them.

We LOVE the Aquavee! Training for a triathlon, we were having to rely on using the public pools to do laps. We just put in a pool last year and it couldn't be used for training. We saw a few training devices at the St. Anthony's triathlon this past year, including the brochure from Aquavee. We watched the video online and have to admit were a little skeptical thinking it wasn't as easy to use as the video showed. It was, and then some. We were pleasantly surprised by the level of resistance this device offers in our training, and the ease of installation was just tremendous. We had to install the plastic squares with silicon onto our pool sides after draining the pool a tad, but that was only 24 hours or so without the pool. No big deal at all.
We are telling our training friends what a wonderful product this is, and quote affordable to boot.
Thanks again!
